TRAVELING WHILE PREGNANT
In the event you have entered your 32nd week of pregnancy, we recommend that you carry with you a letter from your doctor, stating the pregnancy is uncomplicated and confirming the expected date of delivery. In this letter, your doctor should state that you are in good health, and that (in their opinion) there is no reason why you cannot fly.
Luxe Destination Weddings strongly recommends you contact the airline in advance of flying to confirm the regulations as outlined in their policy.
All Cruise lines will NOT accept guests who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during the cruise or cruise tour. A physician’s ‘Fit to Travel’ note is required prior to the sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise. Luxe Destination Weddings.com recommends you visit the cruise line website prior to sailing to confirm the regulations as outlined in their policy.
AIRPORT CHECK-IN, RECONFIRMATION/SEAT SELECTION NUMBERS

Check-in opens at least 3 hours prior to the flight and closes 1 hour prior to departure. For security reasons, all passengers must be present for check-in. You will not be allowed to board, nor will you be entitled to a refund, if you have not checked-in by the minimum airline requirement. It is your responsibility to
contact the airline and reconfirm your flight 24 hours prior to departure. If Luxe Destination Weddings is aware of a change, every effort will be made to advise you directly.
Luxe Destination Weddings strongly recommends you visit your local airport authority’s website for all departure and arrival information.
Some destinations charge a fee to all passengers when they are departing. This is called a departure tax and in most cases it is not paid in advance, but at the airport when checking in for the return flight. Please refer to your e-documents which will outline any and all applicable fees.
