What attracted Rebecca to Eddie: His smile, personality, intelligence and good looks. He made me laugh and he’s so honest and trustworthy.

Their engagement story (as told by Rebecca): We took a snowboarding trip to Quebec in January 2012. We were staying right by the St. Lawrence River near the Chateau Frontenac and after a short nap we took a walk along the River and Eddie told me to go close to the railing and under the Gazebo. So, I went over to the gazebo and as I was looking over at the River I felt a tap on my shoulder and when I turned around Eddie was on his knee with a ring in his hand. It was so surreal and magical. I don’t remember exactly what he said because I was crying a lot. It was the truly romantic and just how I would of wanted a proposal.
