My husband and I recently had a destination wedding at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica and was so pleased with all the pre wedding coordination!

I got multiple compliments from my guests who interacted with Kawal about how attentive and helpful the service was. I had multiple hiccups with my airport transfers between deciding which guests would be on my private transfer and flight changes but Kawal took care of it by emailing guests directly and took the stress off of me! Kawal made the experience of coordinating a large group vacation easy!!

Diane was our off site wedding coordinator and she was amazing! I was so sad that she could not be there on the day of the wedding to see it all through. She was so easy to work with and paid attention to details. She was so kind in replying to all my emails as I stressed about forgetting any details. The resort was beautiful, the wedding everything I dreamed it to be and everyone has an amazing time!

(After working with your sales rep, you work with your wedding planner and travel expert. We were unfortunately ghosted by our previous travel agent (not through Luxe) with only 6 months until our anticipated wedding date. We were left with nothing booked and nothing done. I reached out to Luxe in quite a panic and was first assigned to Krista. Krista listened to all of our wants/needs in a resort, and found us the perfect spot. She was so reassuring and had no problem getting our date secured. Within like 2 weeks we had the wedding booked, deposit paid, flights reserved and invites sent out to our guests. (Such a relief after arguing with our previous agent for 6 months to get her to do literally anything).

Krista then introduced us to our travel manager Nada, who took over with all the travel arrangements. Again, I can’t say enough praise. Everything has been so smooth. On our end - Nada has been so accommodating and informative. Any little things that have come up she’s taken care of no problem. She replies to all of my pestering emails and questions very promptly, no matter how insignificant the issue. For our guests- Nada has been incredibly accommodating to every single request. We have over 50 guests flying out of 5 different airports from Nova Scotia to Alberta and Nada was able to coordinate flights for everyone based on their needs. She was able to make any date changes or room upgrades happen quickly and smoothly. She’s helped coordinate difficult travel insurance cases, and she responds quickly to any guest questions/inquiries.

Nada and Krista have truly saved our wedding when I was at a point I didn’t think it would happen. I’m so thankful for them, and sooooo excited for our wedding!

We've been so happy with the services provided through LUXE. This is obviously our first time planning a destination wedding (lol), but they made it feel really easy and approachable. All of our values were considered from the beginning. They were consistently available and answered all of our questions. They are totally worth meeting with if you want to plan a destination wedding!!!

Luxe Weddings did a fantastic job with my friend's beach view wedding. It was beautiful and simply well put together. I do want to shout out Parvesh at Luxe, he was professional, thorough and easy to reach. He made sure our hotel transportation was taken care of. He informed me that my departure trip had been cancelled by the airlines- which they never notified me. Parvesh is on it! Ask for him, you will not be disappointed.

From beginning to end, my experience with LUXE Destination Wedding has been exceptional. We did not use this agency at the beginning of our wedding planning process as we decided to utilize the services of a family friend, and that was our first mistake as things went downhill pretty quickly. By the time I contacted Christy, we had already picked the resort and paid the deposit to secure the wedding date. Christy stepped in and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We ended up having to change our wedding date and she took care of the details seamlessly. Our Travel Manager was Mohamed, who was extremely patient with us and handled my many questions, frequent emails, and endless changes with my family's bookings with grace and professionalism. We chose not to utilize the services of the their wedding coordinator as we did not think that was necessary cost since the resort, Royalton Negril, provides both an off -site and on-site coordinator, but that was another mistake we made as the coordinators the resort provided were insufficient. Nonetheless, our wedding day was great and the travel experience was seamless. I highly recommend the services of LUXE.
