We have exciting news about a pair of amazing new properties that are set to open in late 2019 on the sought-after white sandy beaches of Punta Cana, Dominican Republic – Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana! These all-inclusive resorts will be located directly in the luxurious Cap Cana area – a destination that is striving to become the most ecologically friendly and greenest location in the Dominican Republic.

Located on 40 acres of breathtaking beachfront, the 2 resorts together will boast a total of 750 rooms, with different views along Juanillo Beach. Event rooms, specialty gourmet restaurants, and a water park are also exciting features to come! The Zilara property will be adults-only, while the Ziva property will be family-friendly welcoming guests of all ages. The two resorts will operate individually, however they will share select common amenities such as the spa and gymnasium.

The buildings will follow suit of other popular Hyatt resorts throughout the Caribbean, featuring bold contemporary architecture that will be mixed with locally inspired touches. We know the finished product will be amazing!
