We started planning our wedding with Luxe 8 months before our wedding. We got married at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. I cannot say enough amazing things about luxe and its representatives. Specifically Tiffany and Rita. Rita sorted all the logistics and promptly responded to guests (and we know they are the biggest pain). We never had to deal with any problems from guests, or the resort, or the airline. She was very proactive in the tail end of covid that no one was stressed out at all as the rules of flying were constantly changing. Tiffany was our wedding planner and my god, her and my wife just clicked. We dropped a lot of work on Tiff and she handled it like a champ, always responsive and genuinely cared that we had our dream wedding. We opted for the full Luxe Experience Package and it was the best money we spent on our wedding.

We also opted to bring Tiffany to our wedding at an additional fee and holy moly was it worth it. Our wedding and rehearsal went perfectly and not once did we have to give up our time with our guest to do any planning or last minute items. Of course with Mexico, they love dropping last minute bombs for more money but Tiff was on them ensuring they honoured our agreement and budget. She also was a blast to hang out with and we made room at our wedding table for her and her husband because we wanted her to feel how important she was to us for our special day. We would have loved to have Rita along as well but thats not part of her scope.

If youre planning a destination wedding, Luxe is by far the best service by far. We highly recommend the premium package and taking Tiff to your wedding. I know it seems like counting pennies up until the time but truly, my wife was so relaxed, I was relaxed, Our guests had the most amazing time and we didnt miss a minute of it knowing everything was handled. Dont look any further!
