Engagement story: We traveled to Australia to visit a close friend. Little did Jade know, Tanner had brought the ring in his carry-on bag! They went on a weekend trip to Byron Bay where he popped the question one evening at the beach! Jade knew it was coming soon but did not expect that very moment. It was perfect!

Jade’s most memorable moment: The entire trip. It’s hard to pin point one thing when you’re having fun with friends and family for an entire week. We both feel a destination wedding is the perfect way to have a wedding. It was so relaxing, stress free and fun! Trip of a lifetime!
Tanner’s most memorable moment: Seeing me walk down the aisle I’m sure 😉

Most unexpected moment: When my girlfriend showed up at the pool two days in who told me she wasn’t coming!!!!!!!!!!!!
Honeymoon: We decided not to take a honeymoon as we had just traveled to Australia for a month, and our week in Mexico was all we needed.

Flowers: I made them – I ordered flowers online. They consisted of light pastel colored flowers, peonies, greenery, succulents and sea shells.

Jade’s Shoes: No shoes! Not sure what these are called but I wore beaded sandals that wrapped around my heels and toes. Perfect for the beach!

What was your planning experience like, prior to departure: Booking with Sunwing and Signature weddings was such a stress free and pleasant experience. They made the whole process so easy.
