The first step is to figure out if a LUXE Destination Wedding is right for you. We provide you with an overview of the entire process and help you decide which of our services is beneficial to you. From free travel services to full-service wedding planning, we have a service for everyone interested in a destination wedding. Who are we kidding – a LUXE destination wedding is the most stress-free, cost-efficient and romantic option for any couple!
02. Confirm a Group Rate
Our in-house travel agency will confirm a group booking and make any special travel arrangements you require. With our consultants taking care of your booking, you can sit back and relax.
03. Wedding Websites
LUXE Destination Weddings will host your personal wedding website to give guests updated information about your wedding events, who is coming, where you’ve registered, etc… The website will also be a forum to post pictures and allow guests to keep in touch with each other after the wedding.
04. Plan and Coordinate The Wedding
Now it is time to plan the wedding day. LUXE Destination Weddings will coordinate and consult on a variety of exciting wedding options. Perhaps you have always dreamed of getting married on the beach barefoot or in a private garden overlooking the ocean. We can arrange everything: an officiant, the legal requirements, a photographer, a videographer, musicians, transportation, caterers, florists, a hairstylist, makeup and any other service you desire. Tell us your vision and we will make it a reality!
05. Wedding Day Coordinator
LUXE Destination Weddings will be in destination on your big day to make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing! Our job is to look after every detail, so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day.
06. Additional Functions
LUXE Destination Weddings plans additional functions for your group, either before or after the wedding day. Whether it be a welcome cocktail party or a farewell brunch, a private boat dinner or a group excursion to a local waterfall, we make all of the arrangements.
07. Anything Else…
