Lisa & Matthew’s Real Wedding in Negril, Jamaica

We were truly thrilled to be a part of Lisa and Matthew’s wedding and we are so excited to finally share the details from their incredible three days of events. Lisa and Matthew celebrated their love with their closest family friends at the Royalton Negril in Jamaica. Check out our favourite photos from the events below, captured by the always amazing Mango Studios!

Lisa & Matthew were sure to make this an experience to remember with five events total. The wedding started with a private catamaran cruise for all of their guests. Guests were greeted with red & white wine sangria, champagne, and charcuterie platters as they enjoyed the sun and sea on the Sea Dreamer catamaran. After the catamaran docked, guests were welcomed with fresh coconut cocktails and brought to the Wavz Beach for a private lunch. Tables were decorated with bright and beautiful ginger lilies and tropical décor accents. A fresh barbeque with jerk chicken, grilled lobster & fruit salad were served as guests relaxed under the shade.

The welcome party formally kicked off the night time festivities at the Diamond Club Poolside and Beach. Stilt walkers and fire breathers entertained guests throughout the evening as a steel drum band and DJ played on a floating platform in the ocean. Beautiful floating lanterns hung on the trees and tropical greenery centerpieces decorated the guest’s tables.

The following day, a bit of unexpected rain moved the white party from the Diamond Club Poolside into the hotel lobby. The weather clearly didn’t stop anyone from having a good time! Stunning 10 foot greenery and white floral garlands cascaded down each table, and guests made their speeches to toast the Bride & Groom. Local drummers started off the evening, and flash mob disco dancers dressed in all white brought the dancefloor to life. The bride’s father also performed live with a friend on the keyboard.

Next up was the main event – the wedding day! This stylish couple added some serious elegance to their wedding day with their outfits. Lisa wore a beautiful lace and beaded gown with an illusion neckline. Matthew wore a chic white tuxedo jacket with black lapel, black pants and a black bow tie. That afternoon their guests all gathered at the Ocean Point Gazebo to witness Lisa & Matthew say “I do!” The gazebo was decorated with gorgeous white draping, a white orchid chandelier, and white rose petals scattered down the aisle. The bride carried a bouquet of white roses as she walked down the aisle towards her future husband.Following the ceremony was the cocktail hour located at the Ocean Point Deck. Simple white centerpieces decorated the white petal table cloths as champagne and hors d’oeuvres were passed to guests. The reception took place at the Dips Poolside under an incredible white tent with suspended chandeliers. The tables were decorated with white floral centerpieces in varying heights, pillar and votive candles, and silver tiffany chairs. A 6 foot monogrammed floral L & M were placed outside the tents entrance as guests made their way to the reception. Live music, DJ, and solo musicians opened the dancefloor for Lisa and Matthew as they danced for the first time as man and wife. The evening ended off with a late night food kiosk with pizza, grilled cheese, beef sliders and churros. We can say with no hesitation that this wedding was one of the most stunning events that we have ever helped plan, and we wish the best for Lisa & Matthew as they venture into their life as newlyweds!
