LUXE Destination Weddings Swag Bag Giveaway – Official Rules
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Not open to employees, contractors, or representatives of Luxe Destination Weddings (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, or their immediate family/household members.
2. Contest Period
Entries accepted from 12:00 a.m. ET on September 2, 2025 to 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30th 2025 (“Contest Period”).
3. How to Enter – No Purchase Necessary
During the Contest Period:
1. Like the official giveaway post on Instagram.
2. Follow @luxedestinationweddings.
3. Comment and tag at least one other account on the official giveaway post on Instagram.
4. Complete the official entry form linked in bio with your contact details and wedding information.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void.
4. Prizes
One (1) winner will receive:
• Base Prize: Luxe Swag Bag valued at $500 CAD.
Additional Bonus Perks:
• If winner is an existing LUXE couple: a travel voucher (value and terms disclosed upon awarding).
• If winner is not yet booked with LUXE: a $500 CAD credit toward planning services if secure your group travel by February 28, 2026. Credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Total maximum prize value varies depending on winner status.
5. Winner Selection
On or about October 20, 2025, one eligible entry will be randomly selected from all received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Selected entrant will be contacted via email within 48 hours.
6. Conditions to Claim Prize
• Must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question.
• Must sign and return a declaration/release confirming compliance with these rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and release of the Sponsor from all liability.
Failure to meet these conditions within 5 business days will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. General Conditions
• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical failures.
• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest where necessary, subject to applicable law
8. Publicity & Use of Personal Information
By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, location, likeness, and submitted entry details for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
9. Compliance with Laws
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
CONSENT TO COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC MESSAGES
By entering the Contest, the entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information by LUXE Destination Weddings for the purpose of administering the Contest, awarding the Prize and announcing the Prize winner, as applicable, and any subsequent advertising or promotion related thereto. The entrant further consents to receive electronic messages from LUXE Destination Weddings regarding its products, services, special events, surveys, contests, offers, promotions or any other marketing material. The entrant may unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of LUXE Destination Weddings’ email communications. Personal Information collected in connection with this Contest will be used by LUXE Destination Weddings in accordance with LUXE Destination Weddings privacy policy available at https://www.luxedestinationweddings.com/privacy-policy
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF LUXE DESTINATION WEDDINGS
The Prize winner accepts the Prize “as is”. LUXE Destination Weddings does not make any representations nor offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the Prize awarded in connection with the Contest. The Prize winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from LUXE Destination Weddings should the Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory to the Prize winner.
INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY
By participating in the Contest, the entrant agrees that LUXE Destination Weddings shall have no liability and agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Weddings and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, dealers, prize suppliers and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, demands, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, including without limitation any legal fees and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising directly or indirectly out of: (a) the entrant’s participation in the Contest or inability to participate in the Contest; (b) the acceptance, possession, use, enjoyment or misuse of the Prize; (c) with respect to the entry and any other information and/or material submitted by the entrant including, but not limited to, all actions of passing off, misappropriation of personality, breach of privacy, infringement of any patent, copyright, trademark or any other proprietary right; or (d) any breach of the entrant’s representations and warranties above.
LUXE Destination Weddings will not be responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate or destroyed entries, and all such entries are void. LUXE Destination Weddings assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, emails, computer equipment, servers, software, access providers, or any combination thereof.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LUXE DESTINATION WEDDINGS BE HELD LIABLE TO ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT ARE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO: (A) THE CONTEST; (B) THE ENTRIES; (C) ANY ACTION TAKEN IN CONNECTION WITH COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERS; (D) THE BREACH OF THE CONTEST RULES; OR (E) THE PRIZE.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations. This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The entrant hereby irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Province of Ontario.
MISCELLANEOUS
In the event that any provision of the Contest Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
