“LUXE was far and away the best decision we made regarding our wedding, aside from deciding to get married of course! The team there went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most remarkable wedding with the least amount of planning stress. They took care of all facets of the wedding from planning to travel. Their service was extraordinary. They did exactly what we needed them to do. We laid out our vision of the wedding and then, using their relationships, they would provide us with a few options and we would select. It was beautiful and streamlined. They did the heavy lifting and we made the decisions. The wedding planners were always available and their turnaround time was remarkable.
And finally, as additional proof of the great experience we had with them, you need to understand what happened the week before our wedding. We were scheduled to get married in Mexico. Five days before our wedding, the government issued a travel advisory due to swine flu. We were forced to cancel our wedding that we had planned for a year. Due to the high number of Mexico wedding LUXE plans, this was no doubt going to be a very difficult and busy time for them. We had thought the only option would be to postpone; however, the LUXE team (including the presidents) kicked it into high gear and within 24 hours, we had a new destination (South Beach), a new hotel (The Setai) and all of our guests, over 60, were all rebooked. If that doesn’t show the true nature of their business, I do not know what does. We ended up having a wedding that was not only a great “consolation” wedding, I would put it up against any other wedding that took months to plan.
There is no doubt that engaging LUXE was the best money that we spent on our wedding. More importantly, they paid for themselves many times over.”

“Oh my god, I’m borderline tears here!!! Thank you so much!! I couldn’t have done this without your help. You guys are great at what you do and have been so wonderful!!! I love you guys!!! We are so grateful to LUXE for so many reasons. First, I was very overwhelmed deciding on a location just not feeling like we found the right place. Remember – you’re not just planning your wedding, you’re also planning a vacation for you guests! So I put a lot of pressure on myself to choose the perfect place. After exhausting many options, our LUXE rep suggested trying this brand new resort (which hadn’t yet opened). Because the intro rates they secured were literally half of what we would have paid for a 5 Star, we decided to go for it. I was nervous going to a new resort, but they assured me it was a great hotel brand and they even took a site visit prior to our event and addressed all of our concerns. The risk totally paid off, the resort was AMAZING and our guests had the best time—smiles from ear to ear the entire time. Second, the website LUXE created for us was fabulous, everyone raved about it. It was great because most people are not going to attend when you have a destination wedding, but through the website they still felt like they were a part of everything. It was so well organized and professional looking, our guests loved visiting it. Even after the wedding, the folks at LUXE were patient with me and took the time to post pictures from the wedding so I could point people back to the website in our mailed announcement. It was just perfect. I also appreciate to LUXE because during the planning/booking process, it was great to point our guests toward J to answer all of their travel questions and handle their bookings. I already felt like a travel agent with all of the questions coming my way (which was quite overwhelming, even for an Event Planner!), so it was such a relief to have her as a resource. She was patient with all of our guests and just a phone call away when anyone had a question. L was a great resource as well and always so patient and quick to get me an answer. If I had to do it all over again (and let’s hope I never do!!), I would definitely use LUXE again.”

You did a fantastic job and having a great personality made you easy to work with! The photographer was amazing, he brought our photos/album to us the Tuesday after the wedding and they came out great. The DVD is perfect too! “Luxe planned our wedding in Mexico in 2007. My fiance and I knew we wanted a “hassle free” wedding but did not have the time to dedicate to planning. We had a vision and a budget and Luxe met both. The Luxe travel agents worked closely with all of our guests. We didn’t have to get involved with anything! It was perfect and all of our guests were very happy with their booking experiences. Many of our guests had never been outside of the country before so it was very important to us that their booking and travel experiences were positive. And they were.
Once we arrived at the resort we were greeted by the on-site wedding planner. She had been working closely with Luxe before our arrival and she knew exactly what we wanted and what we had planned in advance with Luxe. To be honest, I was extremely impressed with the organization and coordination between Luxe and the resort. Our wedding was flawless and hassle free. It was well worth the destination planning fees.
Many of our guests had such a great time at our wedding that they wanted to go on another group vacation the following year. Our experiences with Luxe were so positive that we used Luxe to book our extended family vacation the following year.”
