2. Choose a LUXE Destination
Choosing the right destination is the hardest, but most exciting part. Couples typically spend many months looking through travel brochures and Internet sites in search of the ideal destination, all too often growing frustrated with the process. We ensure that you find the best destination and resort to suit your group’s needs, taking the guessing out of the process.
3. Confirm a Group Rate
Our in-house travel team will confirm a group booking and make any special travel arrangements you require. With our consultants taking care of your booking, you can sit back and relax.
4. Multimedia Package
Our design team will help you create a destination wedding-style save-the-date evite. We will also host a personal website for your group that will give your guests updated information about your wedding plans, who is coming, where you’ve registered, etc… The website will also be a forum to post pictures and allow guests to keep in touch with each other after the wedding.
5. Coordinate your Group Travel
This is the best part! Clients often feel uncomfortable coordinating booking payments with family and friends… So we will do it for you. Your save-the-date will advise guests to contact us directly and from that point on, we will work one-on-one with each guest to satisfy their travel requirements… Saving you from some uncomfortable situations!
6. Plan and Coordinate the Wedding
Now it is time to plan the wedding day. LUXE will coordinate and consult on a variety of exciting wedding options. Perhaps you have always dreamed of getting married on the beach barefoot or in a private garden overlooking the ocean. We can arrange everything: an officiant, the legal requirements, a photographer, a videographer, musicians, transportation, caterers, florists, a hairstylist, makeup and any other service you desire. Tell us your vision and we will make it a reality!
7. Gift Baskets
LUXE will create memorable gift baskets that will be waiting for your guests in their hotel rooms when they arrive.
8. Wedding Day Coordinator
LUXE will be there on your big day to make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing! Our job is to look after every detail, so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day.
9. Additional Functions
LUXE plans additional functions for your group, either before or after the wedding day. Whether it be a welcome cocktail party or a farewell brunch, a private boat dinner or a group excursion to a local waterfall, we make all of the arrangements.
